1. CUSTOM MADE-TO-ORDER POLICY

Kentucky Sublimation specializes in custom-made athletic wear. Unlike traditional retail, we do not maintain a physical inventory.

  • Production: Every item is crafted specifically to your order specifications using advanced sublimation technology.

  • Lead Times: Because products are made-to-order, production times may vary based on order volume and complexity. Estimated timelines provided during the checkout or inquiry process are estimates and not guarantees.

2. DESIGN AND ACCURACY

  • Mock-ups: We offer free design mock-ups. It is the customer’s responsibility to review all colors, logos, spellings, and placements before final approval.

  • Color Matching: While we use high-quality sublimation, slight variations in color may occur between digital mock-ups and the physical fabric due to screen settings and fabric textures.

  • Intellectual Property: By providing us with logos or designs, you represent that you own the rights to use such imagery. Kentucky Sublimation is not liable for any copyright or trademark infringements requested by the customer.

3. PAYMENTS AND PRICING

  • Payment Terms: Full payment or a pre-agreed deposit is required before production begins.

  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. However, once an order is confirmed and paid, the price is locked.

  • Secure Payments: We use trusted, encrypted payment methods to ensure your data is protected.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Worldwide Shipping: We ship globally using reliable courier services.

  • Customs and Duties: For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees required by their country’s laws.

  • Delivery Risks: While we ensure timely dispatch, Kentucky Sublimation is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections, or “acts of God.”

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the highly customized nature of our products, our return policy is as follows:

  • Non-Returnable: Custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged for “change of mind” or incorrect sizing selected by the customer. Please refer to our size charts carefully.

  • Defects or Errors: If there is a manufacturing defect or an error that deviates significantly from your approved mock-up, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will review the claim and, if verified, provide a replacement or repair.

6. USE OF WEBSITE

  • Prohibited Acts: You may not use this website for any fraudulent purposes, to distribute malware, or to scrape data.

  • Intellectual Property: All content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Kentucky Sublimation and is protected by copyright laws.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Kentucky Sublimation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kentucky Sublimation is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
